Lemme know if it seems like I've messed something. It's kind of hard to keep them all straight, the game being the thing it is - the enemies changing as the game goes on and all. Generally, I've listed the NPC's under the name of the final form they attain. The list is going to change with every new build, so a NPC that has no mutant form - or just a mutant form - listed here could well have one in the next build, it just has not been written yet.
Fair warning - there are a lot of spoilers, and I like to think that a lot of the fun in this game comes from not knowing what to expect. There's just the names and locations listed, pretty much, but those could give away the "surprise factor" of an enemy you have not encountered before.

I haven't been able to proc the "Little Women" in Lancaster Lane. Been using Test Character starting on Day 20, and continually scavenging. using the latest version
i have not been able to get the swollen nerd and do not come accross the dowdy nerd as much as i do the others...also why does meditate no work or that i do note get the xp form the secretary? love the game regardless
I've run into Selena as a fight, on day 26, but not before that. Also, is there any reason to give the $1000 to the blonde bitch, outside of *avoid the encounter for one time* as she doesn't seem to care if I do that or not.
Using version 0063 and STILL unable to find Swollen Nerd. Test area was Sea Front, Dowdy Nerd used vaginal rape twice. I'm wondering if the code requires her to be knocked up and encountered again on the same day...
Version 0063 still isn't letting me encounter Swollen Nerds. Had vaginal sex a couple of times with one in Sea Front, but didn't encounter a Swollen Nerd. I wonder if the code is clearing the flag at the end of the day or something...

i would like to see something done with the "tattooed back goth" (or as i like to call her the "shy goth") maybe (or hopefully) something nice and not freaky, like a werewolf-like morph? or since she is a goth a vampire or something like that? please ^^ (instead of something like tentacles or other horrible things XP) that one is my fav :3
Why not put in a few bad ends into the game besides reaching maximum infection?
I noticed when you got defeated by the "bat girls" they tried to carry you off to their base.
So why not make it so that if you lose enough times to them that you won't have the strength anymore to fight them off and they manage to carry you away and keep you as their mate forever?
Unicorn Girl is missing from this list. I think that one only showed up against a virgin.
